MyNDTALK Radio
According to The Department Of Health And Human Services, each year approximately 56 million Americans experience mental health issues. As you are reading these words, an average of 1 out of every 5 persons in this country is confronted with complexities for which they will need assistance. The misfortune is that for so many of these individuals the ability to connect with a clinical professional seems like a distant dream.
For just as many, the fear of judgment or personal bias impedes the ability to reach out for help. Not so for MyNDTALK listeners. MyNDTALK callers are men and women from 18 – 75 years, representing a range of cultural, racial, religious, economic and educational experiences. Dr. Brewer’s easygoing style allows each listener to feel special, to feel heard and to experience relief. The MyNDTALK format encourages listeners with similar experiences call in – often providing a sense of family rarely experienced in relationship/mental health programs.
